Kismet Chefs - Sarah Hymanson and Sara Kramer
Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson, chefs and owners, opened Kismet in 2017. Taking cues from California's Mediterranean-esque climate with its abundant and varied produce, and the chefs' distinct personal and culinary backgrounds, the Kismet culinary perspective is nuanced and bright, untraditional yet in awe of tradition.

At Kismet, chefs Sarah Hymanson and Sara Kramer… have a modern, global perspective that allows them to encounter Middle Eastern ideas and ingredients with fresh eyes and combine them in a thoughtful way that feels exciting, progressive, deeply Californian and, of course, wildly delicious.
